Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days, from the date that you received your items to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

1. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

2. Unworn AND unused.

3. In its original packaging.

4. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you FIRST need to contact us at support@runningwithjesus.com.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If your return is accepted, the customer must pay for the return, as well as any tracking. Running With Jesus is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

If your return was approved by Running With Jesus, please send to the following address:

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@runningwithjesus.com.

 

Damages and issues

If your product comes damaged in any way, please contact us immediately at support@runningwithjesus.com.  
When emailing us, please provide images of the damaged product as well as the packaging it arrived in. We will inspect the damages and move forward as such. 


Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Not Applicable. Running With Jesus only ships throughout the United States of America.
